Make a difference at your local Costco

From May 1 – 31, 2021, you can make a difference in the lives of patients and families at Cook Children’s by rounding up your purchase or making a donation at your local Costco store.

Since 1988, Costco members and employees have changed kids’ health by fundraising for local children’s hospitals like Cook Children’s. This year Costco is approaching the $500 million raised milestone, and they need your help to get there!

Throughout the month of May, you can be a part of Costco’s commitment to changing kids’ health by making a donation online or at the register. Every dollar you donate at the following Costco locations goes to supporting patients and families at Cook Children’s:
